What a busy, exciting and blessed week here at Willowcross. Lily decided to start us off with three beautiful little babies, 2 strapping boys and one little princess. Next, Szava decided that we had had enough of order and calmness around here (not really, have never had that). We were told to expect 5-6 babies….Nope…Ten…ten bouncing, beautiful babies. Six very handsome little princes and four gorgeous little princesses. Of course the girls are already bossing the boys and taking their nipples, lol. Last, but most certainly not least…..Annie…”The Miracle Litter”. For those of you that have been following Annie’s story on FB…her doing her best to eat a sofa while we were gone…. She has defied all the odds and God’s hands are certainly on her and all her babies. She has four huge boys and four beautiful girls.
As breeders, we try to make sure our four legged kids have everything they need to be healthy and happy. I think that for me, that includes control. I have learned this past few weeks that as much as I try…ultimately we don’t have control. However, God does have control. Think about it, if he knows how many hairs are on our head, He certainly knows and loves all of our fur babies …. and their babies.
